Urnva Return and Refund Policy
Returns accepted by the merchant are solely for defective items. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at the email address below and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then instruct you on how to return the product. We are not responsible for losses or damages that occur during the return transportation.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by email within a reasonable period if you are entitled to a refund or exchange due to the defect.
If you are eligible for an exchange or refund, we will replace the product or refund you the purchase price (according to the original payment method).
A maximum period of 15 business days from the receipt of our email may elapse before you see the refund on your statement.
